As part of my routine before I do laser hair removal treatment with my IPl device, I exfoliate first as it helps speed up the hair loss process and remove dead skin for a perfect result.
It’s important to exfoliate before getting Brazilian or laser hair removal.
Every day, new cells are forming in the inner layer of the skin, forcing the old cells into the outer layer. Some of these dead cells clogged to the skin, and thus causing itching, scales, and fading your complexion.
In most cases, you can end up with a dark spot, blemishes, and acne. So if you are looking for a beautiful and clear skin tone, exfoliating is the best practice to employ in your body cleansing routine.
We have a homemade or natural exfoliant for the body and also the use of Electrical brush. You can exfoliate both ways, which I will explain in a few seconds.
I do both depending on if I have free time. During the workdays, I use my exfoliator brush, and during the weekend, I do the homemade scrub.

Lehosu mix is a simple homemade facial scrub for aging skin. It’s made with a combination of lemon, Honey, and sugar for making scrub for exfoliation.
Lemon contains vitamin C and astringent for balancing the skin tone, brighten the skin complexion, and reduce the pores. Lemon exfoliating scrub will clean and clear the body of dead skin cells and even dark spots.

Sugar act as a natural exfoliant for clearing the pores and dead skin cells. Scrubbing sugar on the face helps to improve the skin tone, refresh tired skin and lips. Combining sugar with lemon and honey scrub will give you a tremendous result.

Oatmeal is another method to remove dead skin, eczema, acne, and impurities from the skin. It’s an excellent exfoliant for the body and acne-prone skin.
Oatmeal scrub helps exfoliates unwanted impurities keeping the skin moisturized, glowing and nourished. Oatmeal offers a tremendous benefit, such as removing blackheads and skin whitening.
It contains anti-inflammatory properties and helps absorb oil from your skin.

Using Baking soda is an excellent exfoliant to get rid of dead cells from the skin.
It also clears any dirt and debris from the skin.
Baking soda scrub works very; however, it should be applied with caution and not excessively.

Note: Some side effects of using baking soda scrub on the skin include skin irritation, acne break out, wrinkles, and over-drying of the skin.

Salt is an excellent agent for removing dead skin cells. It is an excellent exfoliant for your Skin. We do not recommend using refined table salt.
Sea salts is a natural exfoliant for the body. It comes in its pure form that helps the new growth of skin cell and rejuvenates the Skin

Green tea is a natural exfoliant for the body. Green tea leaves actively exfoliate the skin and clearing dead cells, acne, and other impurities from the skin.

How to Prepare Green tea Homemade Facial Scrub
Make sure you wet your face before applying the homemade scrub; otherwise, it won’t glide on the skin. Exfoliation makes your skin feel and looks new.
However, do moderately, an excessive application may cause damage to your skin. If you have light skin, do it for once a week, but if your skin is thicker and sturdy, twice or three times per week is acceptable.
Alternatively to natural scrub, you may buy the Electrical facial cleanser. It’s the best way to exfoliate your skin without having to do any homemade facial scrub.
You can use it more three times a week. For me, I use the hard spin brush twice a week and the softer brush every day before applying makeup.
