Under what circumstances do you return the product?
===> You can return if you notice any quality problem after receiving the product within 30-day.
===> You can return if the product is unused within 30-day at NO COST.
===> If you wish to return the item and the reason for the return isn’t a result of Homiley.com error, you will bear the shipping cost.
Real postage costs for the sending and return of the product are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
===> If the item is damaged upon arrival, send it back to us; once it is received, we will send you a new replacement at no cost
===> We would accept returns if you received a different color/version of the product different from what you purchased.
===>Your IPl comes with a year full warranty. Get a new replacement if your IPL malfunctions within one year of purchasing at no cost.
Under what circumstances we do not accept return/refund
- Any damages resulting from careless use.
- If you deliberately damage products in your possession.
- Returning after 30-day due to not liking the product(s)
- Used, Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
KEY NOTE 1: We may request a video/image or further information about the product condition to validate your claim/return.
KEY NOTE 2: We cover the return fee if the item is damaged upon arrival/faulty and returned within 30days.
