Homiley will offer a full refund on our Handset/products under the circumstances below.

Under what circumstances do you return the product?

===> You can return if you notice any quality problem after receiving the product within 15-day. 

That means; you have a 15-day window period to check out the product, and if you notice some issues, please send it back to us for a full refund or new replacement


===> If the item is damaged upon arrival, send it back to us; once it is received, we will send you a new replacement at no cost 


===> We would accept returns if you received a different color/version of the product different from what you purchased.


===> The IPl handset is covered with a 1-year warranty. 


Under what circumstances we do not accept refund/refund

  • Any damages resulting from careless use 
  • If you deliberately damage products in your possession.
  • Returning any product for no reason or change your mind about it.


KEY NOTE 1: We may request a video/image or further information about the product condition to validate your claim/return. 

KEY NOTE 2: We cover the return fee if the item is damaged upon arrival/faulty and returned within 15days.

Approval of Refund

We process your REFUND within 10 working days, and it may take additional 15 working days to reflect on your bank account, depending on your bank processing time.  

The refund goes back to the same account/card and bank detail we received the payment.
